DOWNTOWN RIO DE JANEIRO CHURCHES WITH A NICE ENGLISH VISITORS

Together with my friends I went for a walk in downtown area and we passed by the Tirandentes Palace , downtown Rio ( it´s the home of the Assembléia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro -The Rio de Janeiro Legislature building it was built in 1922 has several politics elements as the Tiradentes Statue - a Brazilian Independence hero

The Arquicheture of the first Centro Cultural of Bank of Brazil in Rio de Janeiro built in 1880 and in 1989 was converted into a Cultural Center that today consists of two Theaters , four exhibition halls a computerized library with over than 100.000 volumes , an auditorium , video rooms and has a wide variety of cultural offerings we had a wonderful Brazilian coffee in one of the greatest coffee shop in the area where we could read many interesting books

we walked to see many beautiful churches dated from the 19th Century

These marvelous couple from England contact me when they were cruising the Brazilian waters and  landed at the Port of Rio de Janeiro they  had a day off here in Rio so they send me an e-mail asking about the full day tours ,so I pick them at the Port of Rio de Janeiro  and we went to have a walk in downtown  and I showed them all I could in one day ,two or three days would be  better to see the beauty of the city so I took them with my confortable to show them all.
